Hi, I appreciate how daunting it is to take the first step and share your feelings of anxiety or depression, however, my clients often express relief from being able to discuss their grief, anger, or shame. Establishing a genuine connection is at the heart of my counselling practice, helping my clients to feel at ease to share what is troubling them face to face or online.

Many people reach a point in their lives where old habits of managing thoughts and feelings no longer work. We are mistakenly led to believe that a frenzy of activity will quiet our unrest; however what lies beneath is a range of psychological challenges such as depression, overwhelming stress and anxiety, panic attacks, perfectionism and addictions. Suppressing emotions simply makes life more difficult and hinders our relationships.
