There are many reasons why people choose to go to therapy. Some common reasons are depression, anxiety, grief and relationship difficulties. However there doesn’t need to be a specific issue, sometimes we find that their thoughts and behaviours are holding us back or that we might feel as if we are ‘stuck’ and are not enjoying life as much as we would like.
Therapy provides a space to talk openly about your thoughts and feelings and to process your emotions. We often numb our emotions if they feel too difficult, which can actually make them feel more intense.

Face to Face counselling takes place in my private therapy room located in Maidstone. Each counselling session lasts 1 hour and costs £50.
Who I can help?
I work with individuals who are 18 years or older. I don't offer couples or family therapy. I work with my clients using a range of different therapies including talking therapy, creative exercises, mindfulness and many other interventions as appropriate.
