Choosing the right counsellor can feel daunting and that is why I feel it is important to provide information about my approach and experience. I am trained as an integrative counsellor, which means that I incorporate various counselling models and techniques when working with clients, responding to the needs and personal circumstances of the individual client. I love seeing people encounter freedom from behaviours and thoughts that have limited their becoming who they truly are. I work therapeutically with issues such as self-esteem, body image, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, insomnia, loss and relationship difficulties. I have a particular interest in working relationally supporting you with relationships with your partner, friends and families. In addition to my private practice, I have worked in the charity sector. Before training as a counsellor, I worked in online media. I have lived and worked overseas and so am also interested in working with those who are dealing with cross cultural issues.
